    Mr Sanjeev Bassi is a consultant neurosurgeon based at several hospitals and clinics across London. In addition to providing his services as part of the NHS, Mr Bassi also treats private patients at his Harley Street clinic. He also provides care at the prominent Portland Hospital and London Bridge practice.

    Mr Bassi is an expert in treating a range of conditions that affect the spine, spinal cord and brain, including:

    Studies show that brain tumours affect between 5 and 15 per 100,000 people within the UK. Mr Bassi has treated and cared for many patients with brain tumours and is actively involved in the entire treatment process, from diagnosis to treatment and aftercare.

    Mr Bassi treats patients of all ages and is renowned for his understanding nature, as well as his clinical expertise and professionalism. He was born in London and trained at the University of Manchester. He then undertook training in Neurosurgery in Nottingham having gained Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons. Other hospitals in which Mr Bassi studied at include:

    Following this, Dr Bassi entered the position of consultant in adult and paediatric neurosurgery at King’s College Hospital and Guy’s Hospital. He holds clinics at several hospitals in and around London and performs a combination of private and NHS work.
